Clyde Sheltons family was brutally murdered. Those responsible are caught. However, because of improper procedure, DA, Nick Rice has only circumstantial evidence. So he decides to get one of them to testify against others. While Shelton has learned about this, he is not happy. Ten years later, one of whom was convicted of currently implemented, but something goes wrong, its performance goes awry, and tortured. They learn that someone broke into the car. And the other was found dead, killed in a threatening way. Rice accused Shelton, so he should take it. First Shelton admits plea agreement and rice, but he changed his mind. It seems that Shelton is not done, it appears that he blames the whole system and declare war after all is happening in relation to his family business. So Rice stop him, but Shelton is far ahead of him.
